What is the return policy for hygiene products?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used or opened items. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of payment options including Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not been processed for shipping. Once the order status changes to 'Shipped,' we are unable to cancel it.
