Return Process

- 3.Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your registered address; please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.

After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement within 48 hours.
